After your online application has been approved you will be emailed an invoice reflecting your rental total based on your selections. Your invoice must be paid within 3 days of the invoice date, otherwise your booth space will be released, and you will need to submit another application. You may pay your invoice with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal.

Remember your application must be received on or before January 31 to receive the early bird pricing.
Final Application Deadline is March 1, 2020

Please carefully review all of the information provided on the Booth Information and Vendor Guidelines pages prior to submitting your application. Also, check the Exhibitors Map for expo layout and open booths.

    Please note before selecting your booth
    • Booths around the perimeter of the room and numbers 18 through 29 have the best access to power.
    • With the exception of booth #2, and mini booths, all other booths are sectioned off with pipe and drape. 
    • We do our best to place you in your choice of booth and to keep the map updated, however there are times we process applications in batches that come in overnight, so your choices may no longer be available when we get to your application.
    • Please understand that we are unable to control who your neighbors are, booths are assigned on a first come first serve basis.

    Choose your options carefully we are unable to breakdown or setup tables and chairs on expo day!
    Your booth rental will include one table. Mini booths must use the provided high-top. Singles and Doubles may select none. Doubles may request an additional banquet table.
    Mini booths will accommodate 1 chair only.
    You may only advertise the products or services that you register here. If we already have the max number of advertisers representing a specific category your registration may be denied. First category is included w/booth rent, add $50 for each additional category.
    First category is Free, $50 for each additional category.

    By submitting your registration application you are agreeing that you have read, understand, and will adhere to all expo rules and guidelines. You also understand that you are not officially registered until your application has been approved, and your booth payment is received, and that expo organizers reserve the right to deny any business admittance to the expo, and once payment is received no refunds will be issued under any circumstance.
